Rent our deluxe one bedroom timeshare unit at the foot of Heavenly’s Gondola—it sleeps six and has a fully equipped kitchen and jacuzzi tub. Part of the Five-Star Marriott Grand Residence Resort, it's in the middle of the new complex that houses the actual Gondola to the top of Heavenly resort (as well as cool shops, equipment renters, restaurants, cinema, ice rink and juice joint - right next to the casinos and lake)! Immediate foot access to the slopes means no parking hassle with Marriott’s secured underground valet parking for guests. Despite central proximity to all the fun, the unit is above ground, quiet, cozy & warm for cooking in or chilling out! Permit #006640

Clean and spacious condo! Well-stocked kitchen. Fun to be in a family friendly zone. Easy walking around South Lake.2 complaints: pillows and comforter are thin and aged and need replacing.Location of condo is difficult to check in and out with a luggage cart. It requires walking the length of the property in a horseshoe shape while going up and down floors to utilize a bridge between buildings. Check out was a pain because the hallway was full of housekeeping carts that were a challenge to navigate around. Also, don't leave your key in the room like we did as it made it challenging to get up to the floor that crosses the buildings.

Stayed at the vacation residence. Great location in the middle of Heavenly village, Restaurants close by. The room details online weren’t clear. The Room was clean. Shower door leaks if not slammed through the gasket. First time ever I have seen this!!!!The Shower is so small with no handheld shower head, which make it harder to shower. New Towels policy, towels are extra if want fresh towels which is ridiculous if are staying with kids for 2-3 nights in a 4 star hotel!!! I NEVER heard that before. The light on the small make up mirror wasn’t working also. Bathroom is nice and big the rooms feels cosy but not enough lights.We booked a suite sleeps 6. Thinking it was two rooms but sadly it was one king bed and the rest sleeps in the family room (sofa bed and 2 bed by the window as a day bed but the mattress is hard as rock )Upon arrival there was no bedding for all the bed just for the sleeper sofa and the cover was a waffle blanket instead of comforter. We asked for the bedding they brought for the two window bed and again waffle blanket. The kids froze at night the following day we requested comforter & they brought gladly but not sure why this wasn’t offer in the first place. Over all stay was great we loved the game room even it was really far walk from our unit
