About this apartment rental
McKennaLodging is proud to welcome you to our newest property, The Residences at McKenna Landing. We're located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.
River Port - a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property.
Dock Side - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property. .
Harbor Master - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.
Captain's Quarters - a luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.
Each apartment can be rented individually, or they can be reserved in different configurations depending on your groups needs.

We took out bath mat because it had hair all over it and when we lifted it out there was black hair under mat. Mat was terrible to stand on. Safety bars should be installed.We never were able to connect Roku.Parking spaces unmarked and uneven unsafe pavement. We use disabled parking and although marked not clear where and a large gray pickup was closest to the ramp the first two nights.I suggestion is to put a light by the room entries because if you come in late may take several tries to open because you can’t see numbers and to get light on you have to touch pad and several tries may have to be done.Matt was always available.
