About this house rental
Enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Spokane from my one acre property which has a private dock for swimming and fishing. I have central air conditioning in my home. My home comes with 5 private queen bedrooms, 2 futons, 2 blowup mattresses and sleeping pads. The large master bedroom and en-suite overlook the lake on the second floor. Another bedroom is also upstairs with a bathroom right across the hall. There is one bedroom, "The Sportsman's Cabin", on the main floor for those who do not want to do stairs. A full bath is situated around the corner as well as an available laundry room for your use. The other 2 private bedrooms are in the daylight basement. "Child's Paradise", the Toy Room in the basement, is equipped with lots of toys and dress up clothes for babies and children of all ages. There are two futons in this room and sleeping pads for extra little ones. A VHS & DVD player with loads of Disney tapes are ready for the kiddos. In the main floor family room, there is a HD TV with an X-Box and X-Box 360 and plenty of games. The TVs have a Fire Stick & Roku connection for those of you who have an account with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Also available for your use are my golf cart, 3 man canoe, kayak, bikes, and lots of baby and child toys. Bring your own boat and put it in the lake at Willow Bay (1 1/2 miles north on Highway 291 for a $17 fee). The kitchen is set-up for family reunions with a large dining room table and outdoor deck with table and chairs and gas BBQ. Free WiFi and a desk top computer with printer is available for your use in the Master Suite. Master bedroom and upstairs bedroom also have HD DirectTV and plenty of DVDs to watch. If you have a small baby, I have a Pack n' Play, portable high chairs, walker, and a booster seat. The nightly price reflects 8 people and an additional amount will be charged for each guest over 8 people. Also, there is a cleaning fee that is added.

We had a wonderful time at Lyla’s beautiful home. The view of the lake was gorgeous. The AC was very much appreciated!

This is our 4th or 5th time at this property. Every summer we look forward to our family get-together. It is made possible because of the thoughtful set-up that the owner has added to her home. It feels so like a "real home" and not some sterile hotel room. Our family is now from 6 yrs. to 75 yrs old and we all have a place to relax, converse, watch the kids play and even get in on the action. The town of Nine Mile Falls has some excellent amenities. The use of the owner's pier at the river is where we spend alot of our time. We feel very blessed to have found Nine Mile Falls 5 years ago!
