About this apartment rental
This one-bedroom apartment has a private entrance and parking space.
We have been a rental unit for five years on the other short term rental site, the one starting with Air, please see reviews there.
Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy walking distance to all that North Bend has to offer. A short drive to access all the Snoqualmie Valley has to offer.
Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle, Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport.

The space
Door is key-less entry for self check-in. This newer one bedroom apartment is attached but separate from the main house. It has a full size kitchen with pots, pans, plates, flatware, glasses and cups. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, a twin size air mattress is available & the bathroom comes stocked with soaps, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The living / dining area is fully furnished and has a 40" flat screen TV with cable. Wi -Fi thru out. Washer and dryer in unit.
Other things to note
Please be aware we are on a septic system. Do not flush anything but toilet paper & tissue.
We allow dogs with a one time $30.00 cleaning fee as long as they are under 40lbs, house broken & well behaved. If your dog has separation anxiety and barks and cries when your gone we will ask you to take the dog with you when you leave the apt.

The accommodations were just as we needed for a quick night stay over between holiday gathering and a home Seahawks football game. The space & amenities helped us feel at home. We look forward to coming back to get a glimpse of the local elk herd!

This is a great property. We usually go hiking, but the weather did not permit. Ended up just hanging out, playing some games, going to the local mall strip mall, and enough break from the rain to do a 4 mile walk on the trail.Will definitely stay here again. Kathy is a wonderful host.

Lovely apartment near a quiet ruver, with an easy and scenic walk into the historic downtown. East drive to Mount Si and Snoqualmie Falls. Kathy is a charming host. She made us feel very welcome!

Shopping and food extremely close. Good access to the highway for close hiking. Room was clean and had all amenities, only thing that could be improved was the bed. Extremely uncomfortable and ended up not being able to sleep much at all.
