almost everything was perfect. several lights in home didn’t work. and the refrigerator was not cold enough. had to put perishables in an ice chest. luckily it wasn’t a long trip. but when it was reported they sent someone to fix, but that wasn’t until next day and we were leaving the following morning. overall a good stay.

The property is well located, comfortable, and has many good features, but it is not maintained to the standard as advertised. Some areas were very dirty, and some of the furniture was not as advertised. Some lights were not working, and three of the four high-lying electronic blinds were not working. Eventually, the fourth one also stopped working. Upstairs the rooms had the air vents sealed, and so the rooms were very cold. The spa bath in the main bedroom could not be switched on since there was a lot of black muck coming out when we tried. On a side-note... the beds are extremely soft, and so someone with a bad back will have to beware. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
