Amazing property. The house is gorgeous, plenty of room to spread out throughout the house and outside. The hot tub was a nice relaxation, and we also utilized the fireplaces indoors. The kitchen is SO well equipped and stocked - it was a chef's dream travelling to that. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house in a great location. We loved the deck and view of the lake. It worked perfectly for our family. Very close to Speedboat Beach. House is on the main road which is very busy, so not easy to walk to Kings Beach but a very short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice architecture, lovely site, great location. Speedboat beach on Tahoe is great for swimmers and SUPers like us, and there is no parking, so this site is great!
But ...both the dishwasher and the icemaker were broken "to be repaired next week" (yeah, right.) All the glasses, cups, dishes and silverware was gubby -- needed wasjing before use. No dishpan, no dish drainer. No kitchen spoons, no serving bowls or platters, no placemats or table cloth for the glass topped dining room table. There were coffee filters for some other coffee maker, but none of the cone filters needed for the maker on site. No hangers in the closets. No functional lights by the beds. Just two folding chairs and two ready-to-break wooden ones (augh!) on the deck. In sum, the place is great but it was not at all well-equipped.
