The bright and light-filled 3.5-room holiday apartment “Seestern” in Langenargen on Lake Constance is located less than 100 meters from the lake and directly along the popular Lake Constance cycling path. With approximately 85 m² of living space, two balconies, and a private parking space, this comfortable apartment offers ideal conditions for a relaxing Lake Constance holiday for up to three guests. Its quiet location near the lake makes it perfect for cycling holidays, beach vacations, or simply unwinding by the water.
The modern living room features a spacious sofa, TV, CD player, digital radio, a selection of board games, and a small library. The adjoining dining area creates a cozy atmosphere for shared meals and relaxing evenings. The high-quality, generously equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, separate freezer, as well as plenty of dishes and cooking utensils—ideal for self-catering during your Lake Constance holiday.
Additional amenities include a washer-dryer, a lockable bicycle storage room, and a private parking space. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and there is also a separate guest WC. One bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three guests.
The apartment is situated in a शांत yet central location, only about 900 meters from the center of Langenargen, where you will find the castle, restaurants, and shopping facilities. The beach, lakeside promenade, and numerous leisure activities around Lake Constance are all within easy walking distance. Two balconies complete the appeal of this attractive holiday apartment and provide perfect spots to relax outdoors.

Upon arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, bath, and kitchen towels, as well as a starter set of cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene products. Final cleaning, bed linen, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.
Important notes:
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this accommodation. Arrival and departure are possible on all seven days of the week, and thanks to the key safe, late arrivals are also no problem.

Hallo, ich möchte der Wohnung in allen Belangen fünf Sterne geben. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage sehr ruhig und seenah, Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich. Angenehm, das es auch ein Gäste WC gibt. Die Balkone haben wir um diese Jahreszeit nicht viel genutzt, aber der große Balkon liegt eindeutig zur Südseite.
Hervorheben möchte ich vor allem die gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur und deren Entgegenkommen in diesen schwierigen Coronazeiten.
Wir könne die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen
