The comfortable and spacious apartment Cësa Paula (78qm) in. 2 Floor has 3 double rooms with sink, spacious kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The balcony is in the afternoon sun and inviting with its vision to be lazy. Otherwise, the garden offers a cozy hammock for resting after a day in the mountain world.
You can rely on the good condition of the apartment, cleanliness is very important to us. The apartment is fully equipped and there is the opportunity to use the WLAN. Of course, it also has the standard household electrical appliances such as fridge-freezer, electric plate, dishwasher, hood, coffee maker, etc.
You are welcome to look "nene" (Grandpa Ladin) in wood carving in the small workshop over his shoulder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and Theo and Maria were such lovely and helpful hosts. They helped us with bike storage, gave restaurant recommendations, and more. The apartment was so nice and looked exactly like the photos, with it being on the colder side in Val Gardena when we stayed the apartment was so warm and comfortable. Just a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants and the little village. We hope to come back!

We were very pleased with the quality of this property, it worked well for two families holidaying together. Maria and Theo were welcoming hosts, answering our queries promptly with local knowledge and bringing an amazing apple strudel on our first night. We were able to access all the cable cars and lifts from our base at Cesa Paula and enjoyed eating at the local pizzeria and wandering around the evening market in St. Cristina. We would recommend this property!

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. We came here in the off-season (late October) and so the whole area was fairly quiet. Location-wise, it’s well-situated to be close to Ortisei, the Gardena Pass, and other locations.
The apartment itself was the real gem, though. Maria & Theo were very responsive to initial questions, were there to check us in and explain things, and they live downstairs so were available to answer any questions that came up (about the area for example). They are very knowledgeable about hiking and outdoor activities in the area.
The apartment itself is so tasteful decorated, the rooms are really comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful, everything was exceptionally clean and taken care of. (Having travelled in Italy for two weeks, we came with toilet paper, garbage bags, etc, since that’s normal to do here in Europe.) I found myself taking notes on their design choices for our next renovation, that’s how well it was done. Maria was so kind, and came to check on us once, and even brought us a snack. But they also gave us all the privacy we could want, and we felt very comfortable there. The view from the balcony is also lovely. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough. We had the most comfortable, lovely time at Theo & Maria’s place.
