Newly, fully remodeled, rustic yet modern, 700 sf, 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house. Fully functioning kitchen. 2 double beds, plus access to queen or twin air bed if needed for additional 2 people. Hauser lake, boat launch, park and swimming area is within walking distance, 1/4 mile away. Located halfway between Coeur d’Alene and Spokane Valley with quick freeway access. Fire pit and BBQ grill. We now have WIFI and CABLE!.

Nice and clean, they had everything you might need or forget. Kitchen things like olive oil or salt and pepper provided so we didn’t have to go get some. The little things help a lot when from out of town.
