About this cottage rental

Bedroom 1 – Double Bed
Bedroom 2 – Bunk Bed with single bed over small double.
Bed linen provided.
Bathrooms
Bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying.
Starter toilet roll is provided.
Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge.
Full kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials.
Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface cleaner, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll are provided.
Lounge area with Smart TV & Dining area seating up to 5 guests. The double French doors lead out to the veranda with dining furniture and decking down to the rivers' edge.
Mooring and Parking
Private quay headed mooring. Please advise if you are bringing a boat and need use of the slipway.
Private Parking x 1 car.
Additional parking is available at our marina just down the road and free of charge to residents – please request.
Dog friendly holidays
Our lodges are dog friendly, we charge £30 per pet. Maximum 2 dogs. Please reserve and pay Norfolk Holiday Lodges directly.

Cot and highchair on request.

Fishing is permitted in open season only and a rod permit is required.

The cabin was exceptionally clean with all the utensils and facilities in very good order.
The only minor niggles were around lighting which was either full ceiling lamps which were very bright or one lamp in the living area, meaning reading at night was impossible.
Some dimming ceiling lights or more table lamps would be better.
Access to the river was excellent, providing a very easy platform for embarking and disembarking the boat.
The instructions for access and facilities were clear and everything was as expected.

Nature's Nook was a delightful property on the River Yare at Brundall. We enjoyed sitting watching the boats and wildlife from the lounge and the decking area which had plenty of seating. The interior of the property was good, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Brundall station was a short walk away so we used the train for trips to Great Yarmouth, Norwich and Cromer. We had a nice meal one evening at The White Heron which is next to the station. I would have liked to have done more fishing. I tried once but there was too much weed and lily pads, but that did not ruin the holiday.

Not sure I like the single bed above a small double but I am on the large side!!
