Enjoy the elegant design w/ 18 foot ceilings, multiple sitting rooms, stunning kitchen & formal dining, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large deck, front porch & hot tub. Walking distance to historic Duncans Mills on the Russian River w/ many local shops, a General Store, the Blue Heron, Cape Fear, Sophie's Cellars, Gold Coast Coffee & Bakery, etc. Duncan House is where old magic & new memories have a cup of coffee. Pets OK!

Had a great time. The property was perfect for our family getaway. Close to the Pacific ocean across from the Russian River. And good food of all kinds close. We were able to do adventure and do yard games in the same day. Family enjoyed it.
