Recently renovated to a high standard, this centrally located one bedroom apartment is the perfect base to explore Cheltenham. Just a 2 mins walk to the high street with its excellent selection of shopping, restaurants and cafes/theatres, you have everything on your doorstep here. The added bonus is here is the free underground secure parking!
An easy 20/25 min walk to the race course too or a 4/5 min taxi for all the amazing race meets we have throughout the year here.
As you walk through the front door, you are immediately drawn to how light and spacious this apartment is. The master bedroom at the end of the corridor is complete with King bed and plenty of space to make this a home from home. Next door is the open plan living area with comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate for groups of 4. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm be it a lazy cooked brunch of sociable evening dinner. The bathroom is clean and bright and boasts a rainfall shower.

We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***
Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
