The living room is equipped with a leather sleeper couch for easily accommodating extra guests. The bedroom is elegantly designed with warm and inviting Tuscan colors, promising relaxation.
Villa Leone's spa bathroom features a selection of luxury designer tiling and cabinetry, which is punctuated by beautiful marble surfaces. Enjoying the outdoors is as easy as taking a step out of your front door onto a private deck where you can watch the sun fade over the Pacific Ocean.
This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

View of the beach from the balcony. Short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Trolley stops very close if you dont want to walk. Great beach just down a few flights of stairs.

My husband and I wanted a mini vacation from Los Angeles and found this apartment. Location was excellent. It was only a set of stairs to get to the sandy beach and Just about 5 minutes walk from downtown. Plenty of stores, restaurants and cafes at walking distance all around the apartment. A nice terrace with beach chairs and tables to use if you do not want to go on the sand. There is a swimming pool and a mini gym across the street at the hotel where you first check in. We never used the free Trolley but it was available all over town. The apartment provided everything needed for light cooking. Excellent staff (Donovan, Alan, Marie). Very helpful and accommodating. Professional and effective. A great big thank you.
