During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), minimum 4 nights and must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Dec-Feb)
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed, after owner's approval. Sorry no cats!
Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy:. We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

We really can't say enough positive things about Coastal View and the staff behind the lovely property. From booking to check out everything was seamless. The staff even arranged to have flowers in the home for arrival for celebrating a special event. The house exceeded expectations. It is a WOW property for sure, the pictures do not do it justice. We cooked almost all our meals, including homemade lasagna and didn't feel like we were missing anything in the kitchen. The living space was expansive and very cozy with the wood burning fireplace which we used every night. The hot tub was sparkling clean as was the sauna and both were so appreciated. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The beds and linens were SO comfortable. The location of the property was also perfect. You have perfect forest, water and mountain views right from the deck, are a very short walk to Chesterman beach, coffee shops, tacofino, and even town if you're up for it. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive at all. Big thanks to everyone involved in the booking and stay, we had the most lovely time and very much hope to come back!

Danielle and the Tofino VR team are so incredibly accommodating. The calmness of the outdoor space is excellent. Well equipped and huge bedrooms! Would 10/10 recommend.

What a delicious way to see Tofino. Loved the house. So comfortable. Two main bedrooms on ground floor and a smaller room on upper floor. Ideal for 6 people. Management was very attentive.

This beautiful and spacious home exceeded our expectations. The setting on Jensens Bay with tides changing, a bear in the distance greeting us upon arrival, and breathtaking sunsets, was enough to make us want to return again. The house was modern, expansive, clean and well equipped for our family. The hot tub, sauna and fire pit for s’mores were also highlights. And it was easy to get on the bike trail to go to Chestermans Beach or a nearby eatery like the Tofician or Pacific Sands. We had several days of rain and still had a wonderful visit! The team at Tofino Vacation Rentals was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed — like a mattress for a child to sleep on, and they were great with answering questions. I can’t recommend this home enough!
