Welcome to Jensen's Bay Retreat – A Cozy Coastal Escape on the Inlet
This beautifully designed home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom opens onto a private deck through sliding glass doors, offering peaceful inlet views and fresh ocean breezes right from your room.
Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with easy access to a third full bathroom (with tub and shower)
The open-concept main living area features a cozy indoor fireplace (propane), a dining space for family meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Step outside to soak in the covered hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit (wood not included), or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
For nature lovers, Jensen’s Bay is nestled within a protected wildlife bird sanctuary, offering an incredible opportunity for birdwatching and connecting with the natural surroundings.

Host Rules
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.
Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets. Very strict.
Caretaker/Tenant On-Site: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required 30 days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The place was spotlessly clean and supplied with everything. The views to the lagoon featured from every room. Hot Tub was hot and steamy. Fire pit was a great addition (we brought our own wood). A quick 10 minute walk to Chesterman for beach walks and surfing. Thanks again

We had an incredible stay at this well appointed home in Tofino. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it beautiful, functional and comfortable for guests of all ages—perfect for our multigenerational family getaway. Communication with TVR was top notch- prompt and responsive. The views are absolutely breathtaking, like stepping into a painting no matter the weather. Whether we were sipping coffee while watching the mist roll in or gathering together for dinner, every moment felt special. The location strikes the perfect balance—private and peaceful, yet just a short walk or drive to all that Tofino has to offer. We hope to come back!

The host was lovely and very responsive, but the house smelled like cat urine. We let the host know, and they delivered candles and baking soda, but the stink then led to a mold reaction for me due to the dampness in the house. I am not sure where the cat smell is coming from, but it was potent throughout the house. There is also evidence of leaks around the skylights, which is likely contributing to these issues and potentially the smell.
