About this chalet rental
Relaxation area with Jacuzzi and Sauna. Billiard table on mezzanine.
Large, very comfortable, top-of-the-range wooden chalet with ski-in and ski-out facilities. Chalet L'Ours Brun is located in the heart of the resort of Tignes at an altitude of 2100 m. It is served by two chairlifts giving access to all the sectors of the Espace Killy.
Services included in our rates:
Sheets (beds are made on arrival), Bathrobes, Towels and slippers.
Cleaning at the end of your stay (except kitchen and crockery).
Our chalet can accommodate up to 15 people.
It has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room and living room with open fireplace.
Its exposed framework offers a great height under the roof and caps a large mezzanine with a billiard table.
It is surrounded by a large balcony. It has a ski room, a very large screen LED TV and free WIFI access.
The chalet is a privileged place for stays with family or friends. Adults and children alike will find their own convivial space to get together.
Please note that we do not wish to welcome large groups of young adults, to avoid possible damage to the chalet and to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Preference for families and quiet groups ideal.
Half-board is available on option: prices on request.
The chalet is ski-in ski-out with two chairlifts 50 metres away.
With children: to get to the start of the ESF ski lessons, you have two options:
- either take a free shuttle bus 100 m from the chalet, which will take you 500 metres further to the car park located in front of the start of the ski lessons, at the foot of La Maison de Tignes (Tourist Office).
- or take the Chaudanne chairlift (located at the foot of the chalet); the ski run takes you to the foot of La Maison de Tignes.

Room 3:
Double room (or 2 single beds) with separate bathroom (water jet shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer).
Room 4:
Double room (or 2 single beds) with separate bathroom (water jet shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer).
Room 5 :
4 single beds (or 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds on the mezzanine)
Bathroom (hydrojet showers, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer) + Separate extra toilet
Room 6:
3 single beds
2 bathrooms (showers, washbasin, hairdryer) + separate toilet.
Pets: authorisation on request and as the case may be.

The best chalet we've had in all our years. Perfect for us who prefer a homely feel and love cooking...fully stocked kitchen great for getting stuck in. The kids in their element in the hot tub and their own space downstairs.

The Chalet is perfect, clean, confortable with all equipments that we can need for lot of people.
we really appreciate our vacation is this home and to be so near of the ski slopes.

l’ours Brun is a great chalet in a great location literally a stones throw from 2 lifts. The kitchen was new and really well equipped. Great dining table that can comfortably seat 16. Living area is spacious and comfortable. There is a large wraparound balcony that is a great sun trap in the afternoon. 4 main bedrooms are small but comfortable - 2 en suite and a separate shower room for the other 2. There are then 2 bunk rooms which worked brilliantly for us as we had 3 girls and 5 boys - each has its own shower room. Andrea who manages the property in the resort was brilliant throughout and couldn’t be more helpful. Communication with the owner both before and whilst in resort was perfect. We had a fantastic holiday as 4 families at L’Ours Brun and I would recommend.

Lovely stay. Great communal living dining area. Got a bit cosy in the Sauna. Immediate access to the slopes and taking your skis off at the door is the perfect way to end the day.
