About this house rental
A recently built 3 bedroom (2 doubles and a single) Villa sleeps 5 with covered outside dining area with Summer Kitchen and dishwasher, BBQ and wood burning Forno oven and private pool with views over the River Lima and mountains. There is a large Sun terrace with seating and sun loungers and a children's play area with swings and a trampoline. This quiet location is ideally situated for families to relax by the 8 x 4 metre pool or use as a base to explore the nearby Lima Valley or the Garfagnana, within a few minutes walk of Fornoli or Bagni Di Lucca with all their facilities. The Villa has it's own private drive although quite steep, with parking in secured gated area. We do recommend guests have a car to make accessing the Local area and all it amenities easier.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful place. The house is very pleasant and the scenery is incredible. The pool facing the mountains is a real bonus. Well located, it is easy to visit Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia or reach the coast. Paul was very kind, giving us all the necessary information when we arrived and was very responsive when we needed him. We will be back with great pleasure!

We had a very great time and enjoyed it a lot. Our teenage boys enjoyed every day the pool and we also liked the small village with all the options and possibilities. Fornoli is really a very nice old Italian town. The accommodation is just a little bit out of the center but still everything was easy reachable by foot or car. Due to the situation that the house is situated against the mountain it creates that there is a very nice view from outside the house and also a lot of privacy.

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks .great location with a super market a great bars within a 5 minute walk . Host Paul really accommodating and helpful with tips on where to park etc in Lucca and Florence . Will definitely be back xx
