This 'Newly Remodeled' beachfront condo is located right on the beach in Capitola that has some of the best weather on the central coast. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the ocean with your family and friends. Open up the French doors, take 3 steps and you are in the sand.
Enjoy a full ocean view on the seawall where you can relax right outside your front door. Downtown Capitola is a block away where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. Or you can go for a stroll on the pier and drop your fishing line in the water.
There is a golf course and shopping less than 5 miles away. Santa Cruz is 15 minutes away where you can visit the Beach Boardwalk where there are rides, games, and a roller-coaster. Visit the excellent wineries less than 1/2 hour away.

We had an amazing time staying in this beach house in Capitola. The convenience of the location is unmatched! Not only is it right on the beach but it’s one of the closest of the homes to the creek that is closed off from the ocean during the summer which made it an even more ideal place for our young kids to play. I booked this spot for me, my husband, our two young kiddos (1 and 3 years old), and my mom. My mom stayed on the pull out couch in the living room and said it was comfortable enough. The noise from the outside does make its way into the living room a fair amount and with the location there is just a lot of natural noise - people walking by, live music at the restaurants, people partying on the beach, etc. wouldn’t be a problem for most folks but with young kids we ended up in bed by 9pm every night. That said the bedroom was surprisingly quiet even when the evening was in full swing. We did have to keep all of the windows closed to keep the sound down though and it made the place a bit hot at night, we stayed in October and it was only in the 70s during the day so I imagine it can be super hot and necessary to keep the windows open in the heat of the summer. The bedroom is great for a family of four but keep in mind that the top bunk’s bed rail is the same height at the mattress so if you have a younger kiddo you might not feel safe having them up there. Overall we’d definitely stay here again if we could budget for it, the cost was more than we’d usually spend.

This was an absolutely perfect spot for me to take my 3 year old boys for a beach vacation. The property is beautiful and well kept. Walking right into the beach was super convenient with the little ones. And Mary was an exceptional host, making sure everything was in order for our stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful! It was the perfect beach getaway. Great location, beautiful views, adorable space, we could not of asked for anything more. We will definitely be coming back!

I surprised my husband with a stay here for his 40th birthday and it was amazing! We both said it will be a vacation we look back at with the best memories. It's perfect for kids because you literally open the door and there is the beach! At night, you can put the kids to bed and sit right outside to enjoy the sounds of the ocean together. There are plenty of places nearby to walk to and eat or shop. The house has everything you need and the owner is great with communicating before and during your stay. It's a great place to stay!
