Kickin Back is located in the heart of Concan, just off popular River Road on a country lane. Across the road is a picturesque mountain range. There are no homes to block both front and backyard mountain views. The property is quite large, with plenty of parking for everyone.
There's something inherently refreshing about sitting and enjoying the front porch mountain views. Here you'll find 2 sets of horseshoe pits with cup holders, as well as cowboy golf. Be sure to take in a romantic sunset resting on a heavy duty wooden rocking chairs while surveying the mountain scape.
Kickin Back is a perfect home for those seeking alfresco living, with a super cool backyard oasis. In the center, there's a custom rock plunge pool with a waterfall that cascades down into a capture pool below. Layout on the double lounge chair while listening to the sound of the waterfall or dine al fresco under the large timber poolside cabana.
There are several relaxation areas over multiple terraces on (3) different levels, all connected by stained concrete walkways. The outdoor fireplace sits on the very top terrace for those seeking a quiet escape. A double lounge chair sits next to the waterfall pool on the middle view terrace while a large cedar wood beamed Cabana with table and chairs is next to the house and custom charcoal grill.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and custom built-in twin bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk bed. There is a conveniently located second bathroom between the two bedrooms. There is also a separate utility room with washer & dryer that leads directly to the backyard patio.
Easy flow living and rustic charm lets you really enjoy this perfect river getaway located only a few minutes to the 2nd river crossing on the Frio River.
Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be added for an additional fee.

AC didn’t work, toilets didn’t flush well, uncomfortable beds and I chose not to complain at all and chose to let the property manager know when leaving so all issues could be addressed for the next guests and she was extremely rude and abrupt even tho I wasn’t asking for anything I was merely letting her know so they could fix the issues I never asked for a refund or demanded anything yet she was VERY unprofessional in her quick responses calling me an idiot basically for not saying something when I checked in....I was thankful I didnt complain when I first checked in because if that response is what I would have gotten it would have ruined our entire weekend.....
