Easy access by a south facing road, always cleared of snow.
General description: Traditional chalet in the Hautes Alpes, built in 1976 and renovated in 2004.
It includes 7 main rooms including 6 bedrooms.
On 3 levels with:
- on the ground floor: a bedroom with garden / pool view, a dining room with oak table, a lounge / TV area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower. A toilet and a storeroom with washer and dryer
- on the 1st floor: a large bedroom with double bed. A second bedroom with TV and KIng Size double bed. A third bedroom with shower room and WC. All bedrooms face south and have access to the sunny terrace. A bathroom with WC and spa bath.
- on the 2nd floor: 1 junior bedroom with single bed, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and exceptional view of the fortifications of Briançon.
Interior equipment: Everything is provided for comfort.
- 4 flat screen TVs, wifi, stereo, DVD player,
- outdoor barbecue
- all the kitchen equipment to simmer small dishes for 10/12 people
- spa bath for good recovery
- 1 large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ...

Outside: Heated swimming pool usable only in summer (June to September), outdoor terrace with pergola, barbecue on a 1,000 m2 garden not overlooked.
Everything is included in the price: charges (excluding tourist tax), towels and sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, pool and garden maintenance in summer.
A free shuttle takes you to the foot of the chalet to take you to the ski lifts or to the village center.

We all enjoyed our stay at the chalet and had a great week skiing in Serre Chevalier. We were a group of 3 families and the chalet suited us well. Plenty of space and well equipped for cooking at home. We enjoyed using the raclette machines on our final night. Plenty of space for skis and boots etc. We loved it.

Brilliant property with lots of space for a big group. The pool was great for the kids. Local area has lots to offer including rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking and hiking. We loved the outdoor seating area for group meals, and there is plenty of space inside to eat together. The rooms are an eclectic mix, and it took a while to sort the bathroom logistics between us. The kitchen is very well equipped for big meals. Would highly recommend. Dominique is a great host-very friendly and welcoming.
