Superb Provencal farmhouse of 160 m2 consisting of a large living room with fitted kitchen with pantry on south terrace with pergola, WC, upstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 with a private bathroom, a bathroom with shower and bath, another toilet. All on a private garden, fenced in peace and 5 minutes walk from the beach of Gorgette.
Beaucours district in Sanary sur Mer, Provence Alpes-Côte d'Azur in the Var. In a dead end in peace close to everything.
Neat decoration, complete equipment. Quality bedding, reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

We stopped here for one week in October and arrived late afternoon to a warm welcome from the owner Veronique.
We were blown away by the high quality of the villa, it is very impressive. Everything was shown to us from toilets to Wi-Fi. The villa was ready for us to move in for our holiday. It was spotlessly clean. So spacious and the open plan downstairs was excellent and well used. The kitchen has great units which my wife used. Good cooker and fridge etc.
The driveway for the car is private and secure.
Outside patio and furnishings are superb and again all top quality.
The location I believe to be excellent. We could walk if we want into town or up the road to the shops which include bakers and an excellent butchers. Fuel station next door to them.
The restaurants in walking distance are good.
Veronique is an excellent host and was available on the odd occasion we needed her.
Overall this is a top villa rental and it is one we will rent again.

The house is in a nice, convenient and quiet location and very well equipped. Very clean too. The owners were very helpful.

Nice, modern and well equipped house, conveniently located 10 minutes' walk from the beach and 20 minutes' walk to the shops. Wi-Fi mostly worked on the terrace only as it was broadcast from the neighbouring property. Friendly and helpful landlady.
