While the place and experience were not so exceptional as to be worthy of a perfect 5 stars, it was still a great place in a very convenient location, at a fairly reasonable price in comparison to many other options. The pros and cons: - Location was great. It’s very close to the Village and other recreation in the area. - There are four bedrooms. Three are upstairs and the bunk room is downstairs. The three upstairs rooms include a queen bed in the master which has an en suite bathroom with a small shower, and two other rooms with double beds. We didn’t end up using those two rooms, which was good, because they don’t have a bathroom. Either you’d have to go downstairs or sneak into the master bedroom to use the restroom. It’s not an ideal setup. Because we ended up having only five of us, three of whom slept downstairs in the bunk room, the odd bathroom situation was not a problem for us. The bunk room has two solid twin sized bunk beds and a full bathroom outside the room. - There are electric fireplaces in both the master bedroom and bunk room. These were awesome! We loved the ambience they gave to the rooms, and they really helped ensure the rooms were warm enough for sleeping and changing. - There is a wood burning fireplace in the main living room area. We had some issues at first with smoke coming into the room, but eventually we got it figured out. Marivel was responsive to messages asking for assistance. -

We had a great time at this cabin. It was well appointed. 7 min walk to the lake and less than 1 mile to the village.

The house was was very inviting. It felt like a home away from home the host was very intuitive to our needs and very responsive. You will definitely enjoy your stay so please enjoy the home and the host or fabulous
