Excellent location in a friendly neighborhood just minutes from the beach. Lots to do near this lake community. Supportive host. Be advised (especially during summer rental) that this listing does not have central air.

House was ok for our stay. Was a little hot in the bedrooms and upstairs but the living room kitchen was cool. Bathroom had a lot of upgrades.

A few of us stayed here while my nephew participated in a track meet at Spire Academy. The house provided us with everything we needed. Everything was clean and in good working order, it was perfect for our needs. If the opportunity comes up, we’d stay here again.
