This large, comfortable, dog-friendly townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.25 bath located at Gold Bend in Northstar-at-Tahoe. It is just steps to the free resort shuttle; only a one-minute ride (a half mile) to the main Northstar village. This spacious townhouse offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home.
The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a high vaulted ceiling with a king-size bed and a private sink with a mirror. In addition, there is one separate full bathroom with a bathtub and a shower combo.
A two-story vaulted ceiling on the second floor provides ample natural light to the main living area. This floor is great room style with ample space in the living and dining room to accommodate full occupancy. A wood-burning fireplace and a private covered deck with seating and a BBQ complete the main floor.
The first floor offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private deck. The second bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds (4 beds total); perfect for the kids in the group!
Plenty of secure storage is available for your skis and mountain toys!
This home is located in the Gold Bend complex. It is 50 steps from the communal parking lot to the front door, but the views make it worth the work! Enjoy communal parking for two vehicles during your stay. This unit backs up to awesome mountain vistas and a super fun sledding hill out the back.

Great place! Well stocked with everything we needed and in great condition for 2 families and a dog. Super comfortable and cozy. Wonderful view. Convenient shuttle stop walking distance from the condo. The heater worked great. As noted, there is a bit of a walk with steps from the parking lot, but it was not as bad as I expected. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Well equipped and clean. Had a great stay. Lots of stairs from parking to front door we weren’t prepared for but gives you easy access to a great hill behind condo you can sled and play on.

The listing mentions “50 steps to the unit from the parking lot” but it means 50 uphill stairs to haul luggage, groceries, etc. Not suitable for older people especially given the elevation and the 29 stairs inside the unit. You cannot access a bathroom from the main living area without a flight of 14 or 15 stairs. Recommend a picture of the outside wooden steps to the unit be added to the listing photos. The unit itself is nice and well appointed. Kitchen was very well stocked. It was a very warm weekend which resulted in being unable to use the nice master bedroom on the third floor due to the temperature.
