About this house rental
The fully furnished home beautiful in every way. Located in Central Oregon coast ocean views short walk to the beach outlet stores. Casinos in walking distance restaurants exciting place to visit.
Great for families and good for gethers.
There is no hot tub on-site.
You will not be renting the whole house. The very top floor is my personal area. The bottom area is an apartment which is also separate but available, if customer would like to rent for an additional cost

Really wnjoyed this property. Close to beaches and has a view of the ocean. Was bigger inside than anticipated and was perfect for our family.

We had a nice stay in this home. The beds were comfy and the location close to the beach and near the highlights of the Oregon coast can’t be beat. We had neighbors below but did not hear them. The kitchen had essentials. The washer and dryer worked well and detergent was provided. There was no provided shampoo or body wash, but we brought our own. My kids loved putting together your puzzles.
I’d suggest you add a folding stool to the bathroom. The tub/entrance to shower is high and was hard for my youngest child to get into and out of with the sliding door edge so high. Someone with hip mobility issues may struggle. A slip could result in injury on your property. A folding stool would resolve this easily.
The checkout requirement of washing and putting away every dish before leaving was challenging for us as we had to hand wash all our breakfast dishes and unload/put away the dishwasher before we could leave. This made our departure slower and challenging. I’ve never had that requirement at any other rental home. If I knew that in advance, I would have brought disposable dishes/utensils.
I suggest you send a pre-check in message a few days before as other rental properties did this letting us know codes would eventually come and house rules/check out process. It gave us reassurance knowing we definitely still had a place to stay despite booking months in advance.
The stay was nice and we appreciated the comfortable place to call home base for our trip.

On arrival we saw a three storey house, but we only had a one floor apartment, not a full house. Top floor and basement not accessible!
Comfortable enough, but kitchen cabinets badly need updated.
It really needs a slip mat in the bath/shower. The bath is treacherously slippery! The bath has a add on shower door so you have to step over the side of the bath to get in.
