Welcome to this fully stocked 2 bedroom apartment in Emporium, PA - home of the endless mountains. Sunsets are amazing and the viewing areas for elk are within 20 minutes. The kitchen has all of the basics you will need to prepare meals and of course - a fully stocked coffee station. The backyard boasts a fire pit and swing and bicycles are available for use. The entire place is designed to give you a home base to relax in, whether you spent the day fishing, hiking, kayaking or golfing.

The rooms were nice except for the AC filters were full of dirt and couldn't run. Lady bugs were all over the living room. No laundry basket to place used towels. Grass outside was a foot high, fire pit was at the top of a hill out behind building and couldn't use. Not address on house if I didn't take picture off of VRBO we wouldn't of known the house. They didn't have regular TV but a fire stick which the login for Netflix didn't work.

Very nice, lawn could have been mowed. Emporium was nice, travel was too far for the elk but thats on me.

Wanted to spend a weekend somewhere we'd never been. The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. The drive took close to an hour from the Hilltop Hideaway. Although we didn't realize it would be that long of a drive, the scenery was exquisite. We heard the area described as "Endless mountains". Beautiful!!! We're happy to have had the opportunity to visit this quaint town tucked in the middle of the mountains.

We had a nice stay and the place was nice.Just a few things not so nice .People above us walked around constantly all night and its a old house so kept us awake.Also the listing could say the fire pit not very accessible for someone staying on first floor.lastly the listing says its 20 minutes from Elk Viewing Areas it was almost a hour to them.
