The kitchen is equally nice, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range). The dining table seats three.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a covered parking space, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Very nice and safe area. Fire station is across the street. Traffic circle nearby which can get busy and you can hear traffic noise. Close to downtown, within walking distance.

Location was indeed walk to town, but facing a noisy traffic roundabout. At times ambulances every 30 minutes as apparently main route to ER. Super strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner made me nauseous and took days to dissipate.Seemed overpriced compared to my other family members accommodations. Parking was included but a neighbor used up two spaces with large pickup so it was difficult on arrival as we couldn't park near our unit.
