One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom.
Located in North Oakland near UC Berkeley & Children’s Hospital, with easy access to San Francisco (Ferry, Uber, BART).

- This is a 2Bed/2Bath ground floor suite of a duplex.
Our home(duplex) has two completely private suites with separate entries and private living spaces.
As part of our recent remodeling, we thoughtfully added soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs to ensure a peaceful and comfortable experience. The layout was updated to make the space bright and airy, thanks to all new 13 windows and a generous 6 foot sliding glass door that brings in abundant natural light and fresh air.
- The upstairs suite will have kind and thoughtful VRBO guests like you.
- Self check-in with keypad – totally flexible
- One step entry for easier accessibility
- Available on request: crib, high chair, pack ‘n play

One Driveway parking spot is $25/day or $50/stay. Please send us a message to reserve the fenced in driveway spot.
Free Street parking is usually pretty easy!
No Permit required.
Street Parking on the entire street is free. Please be aware of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm).

Please ask us for an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you.

We stayed 4 nights during the Super Bowl and had a fabulous time. The home was decorated beautifully. Great use of color. It was a calming retreat to come back to after all our daily activities. At one point, we couldn’t find any potholders but they purchased & delivered some asap. I asked about the neighborhood & transportation before our arrival and Allison provided so much help. Exceptional service. I look forward to staying here again when I come back to the area to visit. Thank you very much!

Nicely decorated, comfortable Oakland home. This was a perfect place for 2 couples while we were visiting our kids at Berkeley. Alli was a gracious host and very easy to communicate with. We also really enjoyed the backyard as a hangout spot and the lighting after dark. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for my family to stay during my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley. Restaurants were close and not as crowded as they were closer to campus. We got uber eats sandwiches after her grad and had the best time in the cute, sunny backyard.
