About this house rental
Ocean view, come relax and breathe in the fresh ocean sea breezes! Sunbathe on the outdoor back deck that also wraps around in front of the living room to the hot tub deck. Soothe your aches, pains and cares away in the tranquil waters of the hot tub. Custom modern house with open floor plan, airy and lofty wooden ceilings, and lots of natural light provided by many windows and several sliding glass doors. From the driveway ground level there is an outside covered stairway to the second level front door and small deck area. From the second level back deck there is a stairway down to the back yard. This yard is not fenced but animals, adults and children may be contained on the second level deck area with a closed gate.

Check in was great. Host was very accommodating. She had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Place was very clean. Best sleep i have gotten in years, the beds are all comfortable. Very private with views.

The property was clean and beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the ocean. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the host lived on sight and in the garage bottom floor of the 3 story house. When we checked in at 5 pm, the host (who I thought was the cleaning lady) was not ready for us but stated that because it was 5 pm we can check in--i did state that we had groceries to put in the refrigerator). the initial contact was awkward and uncomfortable because of the lack of disclosure of the host living in the property. We had 3 small children and the host complained of the noise level , which was within the time frame well before 10 pm--we decided to leave after the host told us to "control our chidlren" . We felt it would be better to leave the premises and chose to drive home only staying for one night.
