My family and I (five adults, three children (16,12,8) stayed at the property Thanksgiving week, 2025. We were very pleased with the property in that it met all of our needs. The house easily accommodated the eight of us in terms of number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The house was warm and it was quiet at night. (We had concerns because one side of the house fronts on a fairly busy street.) The kitchen had more than ample dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, skillets, coffee makers, etc. Appliances were very new and worked flawlessly. The host was very responsive to any of our inquiries and graciously provided additional Nespresso "cups" when we ran out and were unable to find them locally. The property is on the "west side", more particularly, the Kitsilano area, so it is about a 20 minute drive to downtown, Gastown, Yaletown, and Granville Island. I note that the property has an outdoor seating area and grill but November did not lend itself to using that part of the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver and the house certainly added to that enjoyment.

Absolutely incredible house. Beautiful outdoor area to gather and amazing kitchen. Jamie was an attentive and proactive host. If you are ever in need of a place to gather with a big family, this should be your only choice

Very clean well kept property exactly as billed. Lovely safe neighbourhood a short walk from great restaurants and close to the airport, golf courses and downtown.

The house was amazing! Clean, in great condition, and well appointed and the beds were really comfortable. The outside spaces with all of the activities for the kids was a real bonus. Jamie was a fantastic host. He replied quickly to my messages and was so accommodating in every way. It was such a great experience!
