Superb, spacious villa located next to Benalmadena Marina. Beautiful pool and tropical gardens. 3 mins walk to the marina, beach, restaurants. Ideal for all ages., wheelchair accessible.
The Villa is very spacious and finished to a high standard and has everything you need to have a perfect holiday.
For older people or those with mobility needs the villa is on one level with ramps available.
The location of this Villa is fabulous, everything is close yet the road is quiet and peaceful. It is just 3 minutes to walk to the Puerto Marina and the Beach,.
There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk at the top of the road, with all restaurants and amenities in the surrounding area.
This is a great family Villa catering for young, elderly and disability/mobility needs.
The villa is all on one level, it has air conditioning in all the rooms.
There are 5 bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en- suite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes in each.
Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds and large fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and a single bed.
2 further bathrooms, one which has a good size shower, the other with bath and shower.
The Villa has a large open plan living and dining area with the kitchen just to the right this area opens out onto the patio and pool area furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs.
There is a stunning large private pool with optional heating, plenty of sunbeds, and set in beautiful tropical gardens.
The garden area is perfect for relaxing and has a beautiful variety of established trees and flowers, there is also a good barbecue area with a gas Barbecue to make life easier.
We have items for children including a cot and high chairs.
Printer is available for printing out boarding pass etc.
There is a large electric gate to access the villa's private driveway with parking for 3 cars.
Only friends or family groups are accepted.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No smoking inside the villa, you are welcome to smoke on the terraces and outside areas.
Music cannot be played loudly after 10 pm.
Arrivals after 22.00 are not permitted.
Arrivals after 21.00 are charged an extra fee of 30 euros.
Pool heating is charged at 200 euros per week and 3 days notice is required.
Minimum booking is for 5 days
Maximum booking is for 30 days

An excellent stay at this villa; we had eight adults and two children (age 5 and 6).The location is excellent, one street away from the marina and multiple bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Lidl (and a number of other supermarkets).The villa has two bathrooms and one ensuite, which was plenty for our group. The kitchen has everything we needed and the outdoor barbecue was a great addition.The highlight for the kids was the pool. It has Roman steps and a good shallower area for the children and then slopes into a deep end with additional ladder steps. Plenty of room for swimming and inflatables.We didn't opt for pool heating and the water was a good temperature during the day and perfect for a cool down on the evening. The outside seating area is the same level as the pool and made child supervision really easy. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the villa as the outside area had plenty of seating and sunbeds. Some of the villa images on the site are older as there has been work done at the back of the garden that isn't reflected on the pics but made no difference to our enjoyment of the villa. Barbara was really helpful and let us drop our bags at 11am when we arrived before we took keys later in the day. We had four sets of keys for our group which made it so much easier for different trips out.Outside area and pool are great, we had so much fun; a great stay and a lovely host.

Had a lovely 5 night stay at villa with friends for our annual mums break away.
Location is perfect just around the corner from the lovely marina and beaches. Supermarkets and shops a short walk away also which is ideal. Very spacious villa including everything you need in kitchen. Pool area was perfect to all be together plenty of sun lounges and furniture. Communication with host Barbara was great.
We hope to stay again next year. Thank you so much!

We have just returned from a ten day stay in this villa. The owner Barbara was absolutely wonderful and was there to answer any questions we had via what’s app. The pool was the absolute highlight and it is so worth paying for the pool heat as it meant the children could get straight in and play without it being too cold.
The property is in a fantastic location right next to the Marina with lots of shops and restaurants there.
The only thing I would say the property could do with would be more outside lighting around the patio area.
We absolutely loved our stay.

Great location. Property needing some TLC.
Broken tiles inside and outside.
Bathrooms would benefit from updating.
Most of the sun beds need to be replaced,they are old and very saggy. We thought that a couple of umbrellas by the pool would be beneficial.
