Beautiful lake front home on Lake Coeur D'Alene that sits on a sandy beach with a private dock. The gorgeous beach is safe and family friendly for lake adventurers of all ages.
The home features 3 bedrooms and a loft with 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer , extra refrigerator in lower level, wrap around deck, and sleeping capacity for up to 14 people:
Master Bedroom: Queen sleeps 2
Upstairs Sofa Sleeper: Queen sleeps 2
Loft: Full sleeps 2
Downstairs Bedroom 1: Queen sleeps 2 Twin Beds sleep 2
Downstairs Bedroom 2: Queen sleeps 2 Twin Beds sleep 2
The beach is perfect for groups with people of all ages. Little ones can wade in to the lake and the more adventurous can swim or kayak deeper into the lake. Includes use of two kayaks. (Does not include use of the boat pictured. However, there is dock access to bring in your own boat and/or jet skis to tie in to the dock.)
Enjoy the ample seating on the deck overlooking the lake and take in the morning sun with a cup of coffee and end the day enjoying the evening sunset with a glass of wine or cup of tea. The deck has seating plenty of seating and space for everyone in your group.
House is a less than a 10 minute boat ride across the lake to Harrison , ID with access to a bar and grill and grocery/ice cream store.
Enjoy a great day at the lake and end it with a beautiful summer sunset and a fire in the fire pit on the beach of this cozy and welcoming home.
Need to work while on vacation or just want to be connected? We offer high speed internet WiFi connection. Also included is Dish Network and 4 connected flat screen TV's.

This home is located in a fantastic part of the Lake. The South portion of the lake is not near as busy as the North End. Harrison is a short boat trip across the lake and the Couer D Alene Casino is a short trip as well. The Dock is perfect for 1 or 2 boats to be safely moored and the beach is fantastic and a highlight for the kids. The home has ample parking and the large deck with view of the lake is wonderful. Two refrigerators in the home was a nice plus for larger families. Beautiful home and location.

The beach was fantastic. Lake was beautiful. House was great. Only issue railing would have been helpful with the outdoor stairs. There were more outdoor stairs than we thought.

Traveled through beautiful farm country to arrive. Wonderful deck overlooks CDA lake. Great place to watch family play in water. Lots of stairs down to beach.
