Historic home located in downtown Madison. Walking distance to all the shops, dining, riverfront, and the bridge to KY. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for couples or groups. Modern kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Beautiful deck and patio out back with comfortable furniture and a fully fenced yard for enjoying the view or hanging out. The decor was inspired by Mother Nature and each room is decorated with gorgeous animal prints. Three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses for a good nights sleep. An office for work that also has a convertible couch for additional sleeping arrangements. Smart TVs, free WIFI, games and books provided. Free off-street parking and a space for a golf cart rental. Perfect location for all the downtown dining and shopping, the Regatta, festivals, walks along the riverfront, and hiking Clifty Falls State Park.

What a perfect home for our family! We had a little bit of a hiccup when arriving but it was taken care of pretty quickly. This place has everything you need and plenty of it! I was delighted that there was shampoo and condition and body wash for use (even though, we brought our own) but it was a nice touch. We had 7 adults and I wandered about towels and as it turned out, we had plenty! The location was perfect for shopping and the short walk to the main street where the Christmas parade took place. The space was cozy and open and had plenty of seating for everyone! I will definitely save this listing for future stays!

We had an excellent time. The house has been beautifully decorated and being able to bring our fur baby was a huge plus.
