Ocean View is a lovely, 2-story home located on the 3rd row in the Ocean Shores subdivision. Don't forget your furry best friend because Oceanview is a pet-friendly beach house with a $200 Non-refundable fee. This home is beautifully decorated with stylish coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and has lots of natural light. This home features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that is great for entertaining or relaxing. Staying connected with your family and friends is easy. You will enter the WIFI password and login information provided in a picture frame in the living room. The bunk room on the main level has 2 twin/full bunk beds. A full bathroom on the main level has a shower/tub combo for convenience. The living room sofa accommodates 2 guests for sleeping. The 3 upstairs bedrooms have access to the upper deck with breathtaking views of the Gulf. two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. An additional bathroom on the upper level also has a shower/tub combo. This home will be a family favorite with a great layout and plenty of room to move around.
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt to disable, redirect, or obscure the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish liquid soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
