About this house rental

The ground level features a spacious master bedroom suite with a large living room area and a cozy office space—ideal for unwinding or working remotely. A second master suite is located upstairs (accessed via exterior staircase) and includes a luxurious oversized soaking tub and separate shower, offering a serene and private retreat. A third bedroom on the main level completes the layout, making this an excellent option for families or small groups.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a bright eat-in area overlooking the ocean. Step outside onto the expansive three-level deck, just steps from the shoreline—perfect for outdoor dining, sunset views, or simply taking in the fresh coastal air.
Start your day with coffee by the water and watch for local wildlife, including seagulls, eagles, seals, otters, and even the occasional orca.
For added relaxation, enjoy a long soak in the upstairs tub or book an on-site massage (LMT), or unwind with yoga by the sea (yoga mat provided).

Secluded Sooke Basin waterfront property, very spacious and well maintained with superb views of the basin and the mountains. Host was terrific to work with and had fresh flowers in many rooms when we arrived.The property had everything we needed for an eight day stay and host said to contact him if we needed anything before running to a store! It was great to have a nice washer and dryer, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the gas grill was in excellent condition and clean! Large deck made preparing meals and dining outside a real pleasure. We were a family of three adults and three older children and everyone had space to move around without feeling crowded, both inside the property and outside on the grounds/decks.

Everything about our stay was letter perfect. Scott is an engaging host and very helpfulin recommending hikes and nearby places to explore. The house is well appointed with enough space for two couples to enjoy as well as offering privacy. This tranquil place is very special and we hope to return another time.
