About this house rental
This very large 2200 sq. ft. was built in May 2004. It includes a huge gourmet kitchen, a private patio and a 3 car garage. It is located just steps from the beach, bay, restaurants, and shops in the heart of Mission Beach.
The free-standing 3-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a studio without Kitchen and sleeps 12. The studio which has its own bathroom is attached but has it's own separate entrance.
As you pass through the front private patio you enter into the main home on the first floor which features the laundry room and garage access. Proceed up the stairs to the main living area which includes the large kitchen, dining area, living room, a full bath and (1) bedroom with a queen bed and futon. Up one more set of stairs, you will find three more bedrooms. Master with queen size bed and a full bathroom. The other two beds also have queen size bed with a shared full bathroom in the hallway.
The studio unit including a large full bathroom located off the 1st floor patio offers a queen size bed.

Amazing stay at the beach house. Loved the 4 bathrooms and large fully loaded kitchen. Beach was only 1 minute walk .

Big house where each couple had their own room. Doors and windows opened all weekend with a nice sea breeze.

Overall we had a good stay. The house is a little dated and could use some updates even if just the furnishings they seem like they are all from garage sales. The house was as expected and was able to accommodate our group.

great location. property has great potential but needs major renovation. doors are rusted, carpet needs to be cleaned, dishwasher didn't work and windows/walls dirty.
loved the common area space and accessibility of fans in every room.
