About this house rental
Our holiday home has a large terrace with a south-facing garden, so that you get a lot of sunlight from morning to evening. You can see the green from the living room and the terrace without any neighbors being able to look at the terrace or the living room.
Since the village of Selscheid is quite high on a mountain, the sun sets much later than in the valley.
Here you will find a lot of peace and can relax from everyday stress.
Our "Ferienhaus Selscheid" is not only suitable for 2 people or small families, but also ideal for large families. A maximum of 10 people can live here (7 adults and 1 child on the upper floor in 4 bedrooms, and another 2 adults in the "extra room" / bedroom 5, with separate entrance and private bathroom - but this must be rented separately - for EUR 10 / Night and once EUR 20 for final cleaning).
There are 2 TVs available - one is in the living room, the other in a bedroom.
A DVD player also belongs to the television in the living room - DVDs are also available.
There is an extra play room for children with enough toys (for children from 1 to 6 years old).
The washing machine is in the basement.
The basement also serves as a storage for a high chair, u. V. M.
Our "Ferienhaus Selscheid" is geared towards self-catering.
You can park your car directly in front of the house - there are covered parking spaces for 2 cars.
Internet (WiFi) and a telephone are also available free of charge, with which you can call nationwide to the German landline network free of charge, as well as be called by your relatives.
If you would like to rent bed linen from us, this would cost EUR 10 per person once.
From the 5th Adults are charged an additional fee of EUR 10.00 / day per adult - children up to 14 years are free.

We had a great holiday for 14 days in the house.
It was a nice big house to visit with children, with 2 rooms for the children to have fun playing in and a nice private garden for us all to stay.
We liked the area, there was a lot different things to see and do and every thing was not far away from the house.
