The apartments are located in the Ferienhof high above Stadtkyll, are around 55m², 70m² and 90m² in size and are suitable for 2 - 4, 4 or 6 people direct access to your own terrace or garden with a wide view over the Eifel to the "Black Man". The apartments have 2-3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living-dining room, with a high-quality Nobilia fitted kitchen with built-in appliances such as: dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob and a large fridge. The kitchen also has extensive equipment. The dining area is furnished with a large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. In all rooms there is underfloor heating, which is fed by geothermal energy. The property has its own well. The apartments are newly furnished and will open as a holiday home in January 2014. The holiday farm includes a relaxation area with a sauna, two donkeys and a children's playground.
The largest apartment with 90 square meters and three bedrooms is ideal for friends, large families and small groups who want to spend their free time together in the beautiful atmosphere. A wide south-facing veranda can be reached via the sleeping and living areas. This apartment also has its own terrace on the other side of the house, which can be reached from the kitchen: practical and ideal for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Free WiFi is of course provided.
