About this villa rental
The apartment is in a tranquil setting overlooking the sea, it consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living room with dining area.The apartment is surrounded by a large and wonderful garden equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view directly on the sea. In the house you will find every comfort: Wifi, bed linen and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing table. The house enjoys a strategic position: it is located overlooking the sea, a few steps from the bathing establishments, just 350 meters from the Odescalchi Castle and the port.

I was really charmed by the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Fullness and calm reign there. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea that I will never forget. The house is well maintained, comfortable and equipped with way to feel good. The beaches of rock and sand are within walking distance in five minutes! The shops are within walking distance. I recommend the beef which is two minutes from the house. The products are delicious and cheap.
A great advantage is that you can get to Rome by train in 30 minutes.

I hope to return to Santa Marinella soon.
