About this villa rental

The villa, features a good size infinity pool with stunning views where you can let go watching the magic sunset while taking a delightful swim in the pool.
Its four gorgeous inviting pool terraces offer you some of the best views over Nice’s red-tiled rooftops where you will enjoy with your family and friends Nice's famous lovely sunset in the Mediterranean with a glass of your favourite French drink!!
From the entrance of the villa's beautiful arch port you will walk into our main high ceiling hallway where you can enter into the open plan reception and dining areas benefiting from two chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings and a sizeable fireplace with amazing views over the city of Nice, its famous port and the sea. There are a number of glass sliding doors leading to charming balconies where you will be able to further take in the views and enjoy the Riviera’s amazing atmosphere.
Opposite, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen.
Further down the corridor is a master bedroom and its ensuite bath and shower room.
There is also a guest toilet room.
The villa's swiping staircase allows you to head upstairs from its main hallway to a double bedroom and its ensuite bathroom with its own balcony overlooking fantastic views of Nice town, its port, the sea and the distance hills and mountains surrounding Nice presenting you with the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink, while experiencing watching the twinkling stars and fairy lights of Nice’s lively main town.
Next door, on this level, there are two additional double bedrooms one with its own ensuite bathroom and inland balcony. The other, the smallest of all the rooms, benefits from its own shower room and skylight window.
The main hallway also leads downstairs to the villa's master quarters located on the swimming pool level. This can be regarded as either an independent or integrated part of the house with direct access to the swimming pool. It has a double bedroom with its own shower room and its own sliding glass doors giving access to the swimming pool and stunning view. This quarter includes the villa's second living, dining and fully equipped modern kitchen area (open plan) serviced by an additional shower room. The living area has its own glass sliding doors that provide a separate access to the swimming pool area.
Up to 10 guests can stay in this stunning 5 bedroom villa.. All guests have exclusive and unique access to the villa, its pool, its balconies, terraces and ground areas.

Fantastic house! Views are stunning, house has everything you could possibly need. Pool is great! You can walk into Nice, it is about a 35 minute walk downhill, coming back will take a little longer due to being uphill but is manageable. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Nice. The owners and property manger were extremely helpful and the property was lovely. We are active travelers and we would finish each day by the pool, enjoying the spectacular view of Nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice thanks to this wonderful, well-equipped home and their unmatched hospitality! Our hosts were eager with knowledge and recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Nice. A week was the perfect length of time to enjoy all the area has to offer including a day in the mountains, multiple afternoons in Nice, a day trip to Menton and beach time. We also loved Chagall and Maltese’s museum and chapel.
A swim in the pool was refreshing and relaxing after a day of activities.
For a cultural experience and total relaxation there is no better place than enjoying the hospitality and exquisite views of this lovely home.

We have stayed at many VRBO and Expedia properties over the years, but this villa is the best of all of them. It is spacious, clean and well maintained. All amenities are in great working condition. Beds are comfortable. There's plenty of space and many bedrooms to accommodate a large family or an extended family. The house has everything from towels to bed linen to all necessary kitchen appliances, china and cookware to make one feel like home. The views from all windows, balconies and terraces are breathtaking. You simply can't take your eyes off... Last but not least the hosts are so personable and so welcoming, and so easily accessible and available at all times! They truly want you to have a great and enjoyable time in Nice! I will recommend this property to my family and friends. I cannot wait to come back to stay here again!
