About this villa rental
This lovely villa is located in the most exclusive location in Ovacik and is set in a tranquil and secluded location with spectacular mountain views and is ideal for those looking for a quiet location in the foothills of the Babadag Mountain. Whilst a perfect retreat for those wanting to be in a quiet location yet situated not far from the resort in Hisaronu and bus routes taking you to the beach at Oludeniz or into the main town centre of Fethiye. On a clear day you can see the Greek Island of Rhodes. The villa is located only a 10 minute walk (3 minutes driving) from the main town and less than a 10 minute drive to Oludeniz famous for its Blue Lagoon beach. The villa is detached and spacious and has been furnished, maintained and decorated to a high standard throughout. Air conditioning throughout. The accommodation is spread out over three floors and comprises of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs is an open plan living room/dining and kitchen with a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and full range of cooking utensils and cutlery. The lounge/dining area has a flat screen TV, Satellite system, DVD player, independent water cooler, Wi-Fi, two comfortable sofas, light furnishings, dining table and an open fireplace. Patio doors leading to a large veranda with table and chairs for outside dining or relaxing and watching the sun setting behind the mountains. Leading straight down from the veranda a private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with sun-beds and built in barbecue area for those lovely summer evenings. There are three good size bedrooms on the first floor, two of which share a large terrace boasting fantastic pool and mountain views. The third floor has a large bathroom with shower. A spacious bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the surrounding views.

Villa had everything you could need. Very clean and modern. Pool area was perfect. We hired a car and used it for shopping and restaurants, although realised it was easier and cheaper to get a taxi to the beach front. Paragliding was an absolute unforgettable experience, especially seeing the villa from the air.

Would highly recommend this Villa. Very spacious with everything you need. One of the only villa’s we have had that doesn’t have a down stairs which can often give a damp smell. We had amazing views of Baghdad Mountain. Lilian was a great host always responding to any questions we had. Mehmet the pool man was great too. Would definitely go back to this Villa.
