About this villa rental
This new and modern villa, is situated in the best location to spend your holiday. Its situated 150mts away from Torreblanca's beach and just a few metres away from the train station. All is withing walking distance therefore you would not necessarily need a car for your stay.
The villa is brand new and has been renovated into an open plan style with bright spaces full of light. The distribution is practical and comfortable and is divided into three areas, The main zone is the kitchen which is fully fitted and dining area where you can sit up to ten people, here you can also find the tv and sitting area. All are light and have amazing views of the swimming pool sea given you a complete sense of being on holiday.
On the right side of the villa has a double en suite bedroom with views of the swimming pool and the sea. On this side of the house there is a full bathroom and bedroom with triple bed bunks perfect for kids.
On the other side you have two double bedrooms one has an ensuite bedroom and one independent bathroom.
This villa is ideal for families wishing to holiday together and have their own space.
Outside there is a bbq area to sit ten people. The swimming pool is equipped for children and a large sun bathing area.
HEATED POOL is only by request. It is not included in the night price. It has an extra cost. Ask about it if you are interested.

We were golfing so we didn’t tend to get back until the afternoon. Unfortunately by that time the sun was obscured by the Torre Blanca hotel across the road so being November we didn’t use the pool. The property itself was very clean inside and the owner provided sufficient toiletries and cleaning equipment for the stay which was nice as normally you’re lucky to get a couple of dishwasher tablets - salt pepper, condiments and even butter were also provided as was welcome drinks. Owner was always available for any enquiries and keen to help. Some parts of the accommodation could be improved such as the mattresses, which were variously extremely hard (bunk beds) or convex or concave. As you would expect most fittings were cheap but functional. The shower fitting adjacent to my room was hanging off the wall - the water however was always hot even when multiple showers were in use simultaneously. We weren’t sure where to put the rubbish so used the hotel dumpster across the road. Overall the position of the villa was fine for what we needed, having easy access to the strip, beach and restaurants. We didn’t use the tv so can’t comment on any channels it might have had. WiFi was decent.We were 4 golfers so for our purposes have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal.

Excellent in all areas, i haven't got one fault with the Villa, apart from I wish I had booked 2 weeks instead of 1.Nati was available via whats app, checking in with us, as to how we were and for any questions I had and was so helpful when I had to change the times of our pick up to the airport, and when we had an issue with the filter on the pool and was remedied within hours.(Issue was due to our suncreams and derergents from our swimwear which caused pool to go cloudy). The pool was excellent and a good size with varying depths for all 8 of us Adults who all love the pool.The amenities within the villa were excellent and everything you could possibly want was there, and had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on whilst on holidays.I will definitely be booking again.
