The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. It’s on the 5th floor with an elevator. The kitchen had plenty of utensils to cook with.

Spacious, airy, well-appointed apartment with balcony overlooking both the town and hills behind. Perfect location - few minutes walk to the station, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Giusy welcomed us warmly and everything went smoothly. There’s plenty to explore in Rapallo and it’s so easy to visit both Genoa and other places along the coast by train.
We loved our time in Rapallo and intend to come back

We spent three weeks here after not having been to Rapallo before. First about location. Three minutes to the train station. Less than five minutes to the waterfront. Dozens and dozens of restaurants to choose from within ten minutes. Unless you must be on the water, this location is perfect. Fifth floor and elevator works well. Apartment is spacious. Wrap around balcony. TVs in every room. Giusy and Elena own businesses just a few blocks away and were responsive to every request. This is a wonderful place to stay in Rapallo.

The Victory House was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. Centrally located near the downtown area of Rapallo, and just a couple minute walk to the ocean, we could not have asked for a better location. It was less than a five minute walk from the train station when we arrived, and we were greeted by a lovely hostess, who gave us the tour of the property, as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. Located on the fifth floor, it has a lovely view of the city and mountains that you can gaze at from a lovely balcony. Communication with the hostess was beyond easy. She was very responsive and helpful during the whole booking process. I would highly recommend this apartment.
