XENOS VILLA 2 is a luxury villa near the organized beach of Tigaki, 500 meters away. It is an ideal family or group holiday rental property.
Build on 2,500 sq.meters of land in an area made exclusively of private villas.
Located 9 Km from the Airport, 1 Km from Zipari village, 500 meters from the very popular destination Tigaki village with a large number of fine restaurants, bars, shops and sea sports.
Some info about the Xenos Villa 2: On a piece of land 4,500 sq. meters there is Xenos Villa 1 and Xenos villa 2. There is a distance of 30 meters (90 feet) between the 2 villas.
The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view to the sea. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.
The villa is 250 sq. meters and it is 3 floors.
The ground floor has a large, garden view bedroom (28 sq.meters) with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a large bathroom with a bath tub and shower . Next to the bathroom is the Gym room with gym equipment and a sofa bed.
The first floor has 2 sea view bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with bath tub, and a sea view studio (30 sq. meters) with twin beds, kitchenet, and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is the living room (60 sq. meters) with fitted kitchen, fire place, and a bathroom. There is a large veranda 2.5 x 6 meters with a very beautiful sea view over the Aegean sea and island of Kalymnos. At the south side of the sitting room, there are 2 very large windows (3x2 meters) facing the largest mountain of the island, Dikaios.
The swimming pool is 10x5 meters in figure 8 shape.
There is a large garden all covered in grass and about 30 trees (banana, apricot, orange, lemon, avocado, palm trees, ect)

We had a real good stay in Tigaki...the hosts at this property are excellent, the property is excellent (especially the sheer size of the interior and outdoor space!). Location is great...close to everything you would need. Thankyou for a great family holiday!

We knew that we would not be disappointed - the communication with Maria prior to our arrival was faultless. She provided great directions and met us at the villa on arrival. There was a wonderful welcome basket with all the basics.
We were a party of 8, 2 families - adults and teenagers. The villa is so spacious and the photos do not do it justice. The views are lovely and although it is in a quiet and fairly rural location it is only a10 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. We hired a car which was perfect for driving to the beach during the heat of the day but we walked into Tigaki every evening and walked back. There was the option to get a taxi if you wanted to. We are big travellers and often book villas around the world - Maria and Nicholas are probably the best hosts that we have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back!

That was a second visit in a season!
The Xenos villa @ is absolutely beautiful.
Maria who met us again upon our arrival was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home again.
The property is outstanding and more than exceeded our expectations!
In fact, we agreed that this was actually the best villa we have ever stayed in! The pool was cleaned during our stay and a maid came in twice throughout our time here too (we felt extremely lucky to have stayed here)!! This was our second visit to Kos and we are already talking about going back and there is only one place we would stay - Xenos Villa !

The villa was spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. We immediately felt at home. Town and beach are about a 15 minute walk away. The villa has a beautiful pool and plenty of sun loungers. The owner was kind, friendly and helpful. This is by far the best accommodation we have rented over the last ten years.
