The apartment is located in the new development known as Chalet Whymper, located in the heart of Les Houches, about 150m from the Bellevue lift station. The apartment offers spacious, airy accommodation which has been completed and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony allows you to enjoy fabulous sunsets over the Aiguilles Vertes. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with a large balcony and is accessed from either the garage or the front door by lift. There is a video entry phone, underfloor heating, TV and DVD player and it is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, deep sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has secure private underground car parking and a ski locker.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The view from the balcony is stunning. Nice large living room with very comfortable new sofas, wonderful big dining table and chairs. Well-equipped kitchen. Great to have underground parking. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing. Very well equipped home away from home. Great access to lifts for easy walking up top and a peaceful small lake to enjoy nearby. Perhaps a little too much travel on crowded buses if you are going to chamonix almost daily for Cosmo events (only 4 star rating) as we were. Otherwise 5 star. Local manager was terrific for communication with a personal touch. Would recommend highly.
