It opens its doors on 110 m2 offering 1 wc in 1 huge bathroom with Italian polished concrete shower, 1 very functional fully integrated kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms: the first with its 160cm bed, cozy atmosphere. The second with its 2 drawers beds, offering 4 beds. The bedding is new and very comfortable, the linen is neat.
This magnificent apartment is bordered by 5 wrought iron arcades made by an air-conditioned ironworker overlooking the terrace and swimming pool.
Pleasant tableware, refined decoration.
On 4000 m2, the space is structured and offers an orchard with 20 fruit trees, a small forest and hammocks, its Zen corner and its dry garden. Many plants with Mediterranean essences surround the living space.
Ideal location in the center of the triangle Nice, Cannes, Grasse, between sea and mountains.
Art lovers will be delighted, like hikers, or divers. Boat trips and water sports are also offered on the coast.

I only go on holiday for the sake of my family, as I haven't experienced anywhere else being nicer, more comfortable or more luxurious than at home for the last 16 years.
Arrived at night, I stepped onto the terrace the next morning and had to sit down. What an incredibly beautiful place, I will certainly never forget this first impression.
And not only is the holiday flat a gem, tastefully furnished, with everything you need, Roquefort les Peines is also a lovely little tranquil village with everything you need. Great restaurants, a great butcher and bakery and, for dog owners, a beautiful nature park about 5 minutes by car from the accommodation.
Dear holidaymakers, please treat this unique place with care and respect so that it stays with us for a long time to come! Thank you very much Anne !!!

Anne is an extremely kind host, very attentive and approachable, she communicated well with us.
The apartment is centrally located for Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins and Valbonne. It is a large space, well equipped - part of the host’s main house within extensive mature grounds and secure parking. Good supermarket - few minutes drive. We had a very interesting holiday. Thank you Anne -

We had 2 wonderful weeks at the beginning of october. We were on the road with over baby and our dog for over 2 months and this part of our journey stayed in our mind as the best time thanks to the cozy apartment, the beautiful garden, nice pool, perfect weather and thanks to Anne, who was such a lovely host. Our dog could be free on the whole property and enjoyed it a lot. The area is full of nice places to visit and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Thanks Anne for having us as your guests!
