Ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, dennoch schnell im Zentrum, großzügig, gehobene und gepflegte Ausstattung, sehr sauber, unkomplizierter und flexibler Check-In und Check-Out

Sehr modern, sehr großzügig geschnitten, sehr gepflegter neuer Zustand. Obwohl das Zeughaus, anders als es im Internat stand, Betriebsferien hatte (800m entfernt), sind wir dann noch in der Fasanerie essen gewesen, weitere 350 m entfernt: lecker und gut! Achtung: letzter Bus aus der Stadt vom HBF um 17:45 Uhr! Danach zu Fuß oder Taxi (10-12€)
Der automatische Saugrobotor machte sich mit Ansage an die Arbeit, leider nachts zur Unzeit. Die Vermieter müssen die Zeiten anders einstellen, sonst kriegt man einen Schreck, denn es macht ungewohnten Lärm! An Lebensmittel denken, kein Bäcker um die Ecke.

Amazing property with all amenities. We landed , rented an EV car and was planning extensively on how to charge the vehicle. On arriving at the facility there was an EV charger right in the parking lot. From that we entered a very well lighted apartment ( more like a house) and set ourselves up for a 6 week long stay.
The owners had several vegetables, fruits, cereal , milk, eggs and canned food to get us going . Also all appliances were enough for daily cooking etc.
There is a washer / dryer in a separate room well equipped to hang your clothes.
It is about 5-10 min to the center located in a quiet residential area.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist in einem reinen Wohngebiet und sowas von ruhig. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Bad, Wohn-/Essraum) ist klasse. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Der Saugroboter sorgt dafür, dass die Wohnung immer sauber bleibt. Wer will, kann ja auch länger bleiben und hat dann eine Waschmaschine/einen Trockner zur Verfügung. Begehbare Dusche mit WC und ein extra Gäste-WC haben durchaus ihre Vorteile.
Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern in Aschaffenburg und die Räder kann man direkt vor der Apartment-Tür/der Terrasse parken. Man ist mit dem Rad in 6-7 Minuten direkt im Zentrum/der Altstadt.
