The unit was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the space was quiet, and it felt very secure throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and transport options nearby, making it easy to get around. Check-in and communication were smooth and hassle-free as well. The rooftop area — the BBQ setup was fantastic and made it easy to relax and enjoy the view, especially in the evenings.

Spacious, great location for K town, kitchen (although no utensils like forks, spoons were available), huge fridge, very secure underground parking (BEST feature)
The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I would've given an Excellent review it if weren't for the bed. My wife and I literally sank toward the middle because of the mattress. Temporary parking to grab the keys and check out was nearly impossible with all the cars parked there. I had to park in the handicap spot just to check in.

Große Küche, viel Platz.
Nach Buchung bei Booking wurden zusätzlich 250 € als Kaution abgebucht, ohne es zu wissen. Danach wurden ständig nach sensiblen Kreditkartendaten gefragt , um die Zahlung der Tiefgarage abzubuchen.
Die WLAN Verbindung war die schlechteste, die ich jemals hatte. Im Wohnzimmer, wo der Router stand, war schlechte Verbindung im Schlafzimmer überhaupt keine Verbindung. Einen ganzen Tag fiel die Verbindung gänzlich aus. Als sie wieder ging, war sie genauso schlecht wie vorher reine Katastrophe.
Im Badezimmer konnte man so gut wie nirgends Handtücher aufhängen.
Der Teppich im Schlafzimmer war eklig und die Couch genauso dreckig.
Dann lieber gar keinen Teppich.
