Everything was excellent! The owner met us to hand the keys and present the apartment. Very friendly and nice guy! The apartment is large, one room with queen bed, the other with 2 single beds, all of them very comfy. AC in both rooms. Mosquito nets and sunblinds on all windows. Bathroom is large with walk-in shower and also a washing machine. Kitchen was large with large refrigerator, induction cooking stove, oven, sandwich maker, coffee filter and kettle. Lots of glasses and mugs available. The apartment was very clean and modern, all the towels were embroided with Sun Apartments in a very professional way. The apartment has a huge terrace/ balcony that surrounds it, 2 tables available, one smaller with 2 chairs, the other bigger with four chairs. Also the balcony had retractable sun blinds all over which was very useful in the afternoon. The apartment was at the second flood and on the ground floor is a parking space available, good for small cars or in our case for motorcycles. Quiet area, sea view, very good food available close at Miramare Beach Bar, Ladokolla at Dionysiou (best gyros), αρτοποιειο ΑΚΗΣ& breakfast cafe (pies). Two markets very close to the apartment with good prices and everything you need. Only one tobbaco kiosk available in the center square.
I didn't like only 2 things that got nothing to do with the owner or the apartment. One was the AC unit form a restaurant next to the building was broken and made a lot of noise during the day (at night was off) and one neighbour on the same floor started renovating the next day of our arrival and made a lot of noise during the day.
