The apartment was exceptional—clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the huge TV in the living room made for a perfect movie night. The view from the apartment was lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The staff (Serenity Homes, I believe) were incredibly helpful and responsive. Check-in instructions were clear, and any issues we had—like with the access door or Wi-Fi charger—were handled immediately through WhatsApp. They even ordered a new charger and had it delivered in 15 minutes!
We also appreciated the late checkout until 1 PM. Overall, one of the best apartments I’ve booked on Booking.com. Highly recommend it to anyone—would definitely stay here again!
